PURCHASE PRICE.: Ownership of the Adult Female: Pola von Kalac Berg identified by Micro Chip #891013990020336 and breeding to stud dog of choice that is available at time of heat cycle for Pola von Kalac Berg will be transferred to Buyer for the sum of $8,000.00. Seller shall initial if full payment has been made for the sale of this said Adult Female:_____________. Deposit : 50% of price will be paid before purchase and breeding of said female It is hereby agreed by both parties that the following conditions will be met and that no other warranties or conditions are either expressed or implied.

HEALTH GUARANTEE: This Adult Rottweiler is guaranteed to be free of all diseases and viruses, and is in good health at the time of sale and is guaranteed to remain in good health for 2 days after leaving seller's premises, providing that the Buyer has properly fed, given water to, sheltered, and protected said Rottweiler from harm and disease.

A Health Certificate will be done by a license veterinarian before the shipment of Adult Rottweiler is sent to Buyer.

MICROCHIP: Buyer agrees to check microchip or tattoo no later 48 hours after receiving Rottweiler . HIP Certification: Buyer will receive original hip/elbow certification as well as original x-ray for said Rottweiler

 CRITIQUES/PHOTOGRAPHS/TITLES :Seller agrees to send Buyer copies of all titles earned, critiques from shows,and any photos Seller possesses to Buyer. Buyer gives full permission to Seller to use all awards and photos in promotion of Felsiger Berg Kennels on Seller's web site at: ,     www.FelsigerBergKennels.com Buyer agrees to send Seller periodic photographs of said Rottweiler

 INDEMNITY: Buyer agrees to indemnify Seller for any legal action arising from the actions of said dog. The Seller of this Rottweiler, officers, or agents do not in any way warrant or guarantee the actions or behavior of said dog once Buyer receives said dog.. Buyer assumes the sole responsibility of the dog and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Seller from any loss and expense, including legal fees, by reason of liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries including death, at any time resulting there from, sustained by any person or persons arising out of the actions of the dog or in consequences of the purchase of the dog, howsoever such injuries, death, or damage to property may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their agents, or any other persons.

LEGALITIES It is understood and agreed that the Buyer and Seller by signing this Contract have read and understand the provisions of this entire agreement between the two parties. Furthermore, this written contract constitutes all the conditions of the sale and no verbal or written statements, unless notarized and signed by both Seller and Buyer, either before or after the sale will be binding in any way. This signed contract is the only binding agreement between Buyer and Seller.

So now everyone can see what you put on your site is a lie.

Since posting this contract Felsiger Berg Kennels has removed the lie stating the contract was voided due to Pola being shipped to the states. I am just on his prestigues "Most Wanted List of Kennels they no longer do business with. What a joke!!

Mr. Lorenzo has no time to argue over the net, but still keeps posting. Can you not understand the plain litterature wrote within your own contract! You also are saying that you received no contact from me which is also false and yet another lie to confuse the public and rottweiler enthusists. I called you on several occasions as well as your kennel manager "Terry Cornish" to try to work this situation out, but you seem to always forget about those calls or contracts that you signed that you said you have no recollection of. Then you and Terry called me when I was at the U.S.R.C. Nationals'08 and Terry had to remind you about the contract and the contents written within it. Mr. Lorenzo we here at Chandlerhaus Rottweilers has nothing to hide and put it all out there for everyone to see. You hide behind I don't remembers and false statements, just read your contract and fulfill it that is all we ask and this page will be removed, but "NOT UNTIL THEN"!!

1. I did offer you at one time a way to resolve this issue which was the
   frozen semen that you are advertising, not of any breeding stock of my choice.
   Just an attempt to resolve the contract peacefully.
2. Lenexarotts Timm vom Moonlight, our stud dog was bred to Pola because Mr. Lorenzo did not pay for the stud dog of our choice so she was bred to one of our own.
   This in no way releases you from any contract agreement signed by yourself!!

Mr, Lorenzo I have called you and talked to you about this several times and if you were a "Code of Ethics Breeder" we would not have to argue about this on the net, phone or court room. You would simply be a man of your word, stand behind your contract, give me a call and resolve the issue. As you have even stated I have tried to come up with ways for you to resolve your contract for you, ways that as a "Code of Ethics Breeder" you should be doing yourself.

Personally I am really tired of answering the enormous amounts of emails and phone calls from various people abroad about the facts of this issue, although I appreciate the over whelming support we have received from them.

Truth is we are pleased to have had her imported here to the United States by your kennel. Pola von Kalacberg is an extrodinary female and we are extremely happy with her and  that we have her here in our kennel. All we want is what is in your contract nothing more, nothing less!!
